The Belling Hospitality Centre
The Belling Hospitality Centre at Dumfries House is a purpose-built, professional standard, kitchen and restaurant with 12 individual workstations which runs alongside our professional kitchen serving the wider estate.
The curriculum ranges from an introduction to healthy cooking for adults taking part in our health and wellbeing programme to day workshops for pupils in upper primary or secondary school who are keen to learn culinary skills. Our successful Introduction to Hospitality programme partners young people with industry to provide valuable insight and experience.
