Pupils and students who stay in our Residential Centre will spend time during their visit in the Hospitality Centre where they are given the opportunity to prepare and cook their evening meal, providing valuable, transferable, life skills.
We host an annual Hospitality Careers Fair for secondary school pupils across Scotland. This showcases and promotes the varied career options within the hospitality industry and highlights possible career pathways.
Introduction to Hospitality training programme
This City and Guilds accredited programme lasts six weeks and develops the skills needed for front of house or behind the scene roles within the hospitality industry.
