Introduction to Hospitality Training Programme
This City and Guilds accredited programme lasts six weeks and develops the skills needed for front of house or behind the scenes roles within the hospitality industry.
Monday to Friday – 9.00am – 4.00pm
City and Guilds Level 1 Award in Introduction to the Hospitality Industry
- A 6-week training course accredited by City and Guilds at no cost to participants
- Hands-on training in front of house skills, such as butler service, bar and license training, barista training, customer service skills and housekeeping
- Hands-on training in kitchen skills, such as food hygiene, knife skills, and basic food preparation
- A one week industry work placement and visits to local employers
